Alibaba Theme Park

Visitors get to know significant history through sculptures carved on the walls along the entry road. The park is designed like a palm tree — beginning with a mural showing the 99 names of Almighty Allah, which are lit by colourful lights in the evening.

There is a well-designed swimming pool for children. Each branch has been decorated with different amenities: restaurants, rides including a toy train, sitting sheds, wash blocks, green lawn, and colourful flowers and trees.

The walking way is designed to be very attractive, with glorious sunset views on both sides. An 8000+ ft shed has been built for indoor rides, plus a theme venue for travel-loving visitors. At the top of the palm design is an artificial fountain with different coloured stones. Picnic, conference and parking facilities are available.

The park is situated on the borderline of Rangpur, Gaibandha and Kurigram districts. Full address: Village Latshala, Union Tarapur, Upazila Sundorganj, District Gaibandha. It is also well-connected to Jamalpur, Sirajganj and Bogura by river route.

The park's location is very tourism-friendly. It sits adjacent to the Beximco Solar Project and the beautiful Teesta river. The Beximco solar project will produce 200 MW of electricity daily and become the country's largest solar project.

The Government of Bangladesh has decided to beautify and dredge the Teesta river for waterway, tourism, and economic and industrial zones on both sides, in collaboration with China. This will further increase the importance of the location.
