Description of the Park : Alibaba Theme Park is established on two concepts first is an amusement park and the second is on historical/religious theme. The visitors will get different flavours than any other near amusement parks. This park is especially friendly for children and women. The visitors will get to know the significant history through different sculptures is kept which are carved on the walls by the side of the entry road. This park has been designed like a palm tree. The beginning of the tree has to make a mural where 99 names of almighty Allah. In the evening those names are shine by colourful lights. Then the visitor has to see an eye-catching well-designed swimming pool for children. Each Branch has been decorated with different things like- a restaurant, different rides including a toy train, Sitting sheds, the wash block, green lawn and colourful flowers and trees. The walking way will be very attractive for the visitors. They will see the glorious sunset scenario sitting on both sides of the road. Above 8000 ft shed has been built for indoor rides. And here theme venue which is meet up the demand of the travel-loving visitors. At the top of the tree has to be built an artificial fountain with different colored stones. Picnic facility, conference facility and parking facility available will be there.Â
Location of the Park:This Park is situated on the borderline of the Rangpur, Gaibandha and Kurigram districts. Full address is Village: Latshala, Union: Tarapur, Upazila: Sundorganj, District: Gaibandha. It is also well-connected to Jamalpur, Sirajgoj and Bogura by river way.
Tourism value: The location of the park is very much tourism and tourist-friendly. It is situated adjacent to Beximco Solar Project and the beautiful Teesta river. Beximco solar project will daily produce 200-megawatt electricity which will be supplied national the national greed. It will be the country’s largest solar project. On the other hand, Teesta is one of the largest rivers. The beauty of Teesta is very much attractive. In different seasons it creates different beauty which will meet up the demand of the visitors.
The Government of Bangladesh already has decided to beautify and dredge the Teesta river for the waterway, tourism place and economic and industrial zone both side of the river with the collaboration of China. It will create the importance of the project.
