Introduction:
Mr. Md. Yer Ali founder of the Ali Groups of Companies has established different companies for increasing employment and to take the Rangpur region into the mainstream of industrial development. Last fifteen years he has established 7 companies. Initially, he started Agro–based manufacturing companies like Lalmoni Agro Limited & BD FEEDS Limited. After 3 years he started a Real Estate business and Construction works. He established two companies Ali Construction and Dredging (ACD) and Ali State Agency (ASA). Through this company, he has done a huge number of works including land purchasing, land Development, Road Construction, and Embankment construction under the Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) and Teesta Solar Project Under Beximco Engineering Limited. At present, there are 2 companies construction work running 1st is Alibaba Theme Park and 2nd is Ali Fruits and Vegetables Cold Storage.

Background: The Founder of Md. Yer Ali Achieved “Masters of Business Studies from “Rajshahi Universityˮ under Finance and Banking department. Then he was joined a financial institution “First lease International Ltd. Now it is named “First Finance Ltdˮ This leasing Company established from 1994. After 15 years he left the job as “Executive Vice President (EVP) ˮ and established himself as an entrepreneur.
The founder is a skilled and experienced person. He is educated and well experienced in the business. He is attached to various businesses and established different commercial ventures for a long time with his honesty and hard labour. Within this time, he achieved remarkable success in his business ventures. He also acquired adequate management and operational efficiency which will contribute greatly to run any industrial organization successfully.
